Laura Schaeffer, Founder & CEO

Laura is a brand-connoisseur, tenured designer & creative. She loves digging in to understand a company’s mission, goals, and values, and then strategizing ways to give them their edge through an authentic and memorable brand.

After spending the majority of her career working for other companies & agencies, she took the plunge to man her own ship in 2021. Taking her years of experience and her own vision she created VenomCo.

Lauren Bouldin, Photographer & Designer

Lauren holds a bachelors degree in design, and is also a self-taught Photographer with over 8 years of experience photographing both lifestyle and product-based shoots.

Lauren is passionate about finding new, aesthetic ways to communicate brands through photography and design.

Tara Hargenrader, Marketing Connoisseur

Tara started her marketing journey in 2013 as a freelance social media manager, and quickly began her own marketing business by 2014 called Strictly Social. Over the past 10 years, she has worked with over 50 different brands throughout the country.

Tara is well-versed in social media strategy, pay-per-click campaigns including Google Ads, paid social advertising campaigns, project management, ROI strategy/budget planning, and most importantly helping brands to build overall marketing strategies that produce results.
