OVERVIEW


In 2021, Soupergirl decided to undertake a major website redesign to focus more on D2C, improving customer experience, and most of all they wanted their brand and values to stand out. VenomCo was enlisted to assist with creative direction for the new website, redesign all email flows, update packaging, marketing collateral and MORE. All of this was done with one common goal: to create a FUN, memorable, “values-first” brand look that would resonate with their audience.

To enhance Soupergirl’s brand, we worked with the web design/development company, providing creative direction, to come up with a new direction that felt fun, fresh, and engaging. We mixed cartoon “doodle” accents with bright and fun photography to create a look fitting for the Soupergirl name!

This direction carried through all of the updates to other collateral & customer touchpoints.

VenomCo assisted in redesigning flows and created campaigns to push traffic to their website.

Tracking our metrics through Klaviyo we saw:

  • A steady increase in campaign open rate climbing from an initial average of 30% (August 2021), to 47% (December 2021), to now, presently, above 60%!

  • An increase in click rate of flows from 10% (August 2021) to over 15% (August 2022).

Animated short videos were created to run in Planet Fitness locations along the east coast.

VenomCo assisted with creative direction and photography needs. Bold fun colors, high contrast shadows, and creative enhancements through animated GIFs give Soupergirl a distinct and exciting style.
